SCIAF is the official aid and international development charity of the Catholic Church in Scotland. It works to tackle poverty, injustice, and provide emergency relief in different parts of the world. The Christian aid organization - founded in 1965 by a small group of Scottish Catholics - aims at the world's poorest to end poverty, and help people recover from disaster. The Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund is a member of Caritas Internationalis.
